Plynt started from a pattern we kept seeing: good businesses held back not by effort, but by software that almost fits. A tool that forces a workaround. A spreadsheet doing a job it was never meant to do.

So we keep the studio deliberately small — fewer projects, more depth, senior hands on every one.

Who actually builds it?+
Senior engineering, in-house — not junior hours dressed up in agency overhead, and nothing offshored or subcontracted. You deal directly with the people doing the work, so nothing is lost in translation between a salesperson, a project manager and a junior developer.
Why a studio over a big agency?+
You get senior experience on every hour, not junior hours dressed up in agency overhead. We take on fewer projects and go deep on each. And because we host and maintain everything ourselves, small changes get done quickly — no chasing a busy agency queue.
What about continuity?+
Everything runs on standard, widely-used tools and is fully documented — so your software keeps running, and any competent engineer could pick it up if needed. Nothing lives only in one person's head, and nothing is locked to a proprietary platform.
